Shipping

Essential Bio Labs ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to freight forwarders, package consolidators, or reshipping services.

Rates

• Standard shipping — $9.99 per order.
• Free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more.

Shipping is charged once per order, not per vial, and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Carrier and transit time

All orders ship by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Priority Mail is typically delivered one to three business days after dispatch. Transit time is determined by USPS and is not guaranteed by Essential Bio Labs.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within one to two business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next business day. Tracking is emailed to you when the parcel is handed to USPS.

Condition on arrival

Compounds ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials. On receipt, inspect the shipment and transfer the material promptly to the storage conditions stated on its certificate of analysis. Material held outside those conditions after delivery is outside our control and outside any replacement obligation.

Damaged, lost, or missing shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, is incomplete, or is marked delivered by USPS but has not reached you, contact Customersupport@essentialbiolabs.net within seven days of the delivery scan. Keep the packaging. We will open a claim with USPS and resolve it with you.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

This is a condition of the product, not a matter of convenience. Every lot we release is traceable and stored under controlled conditions until it ships. Material that has left our custody cannot be re-verified, cannot be re-released against its certificate of analysis, and will never be resold to another customer. A returns policy we could not honor analytically would be worth less than none.

What we will always put right

All sales final does not mean you carry our mistakes. We will replace or refund, at your option, any order where:

• you received a different compound, size, or quantity than you ordered;
• a vial arrived broken, compromised, or with its seal breached; or
• the material does not correspond to the certificate of analysis supplied with its lot.

Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs where relevant.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once tracking has been generated the order is in transit and cannot be cancelled.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within five to ten business days of the refund being processed.

All materials sold by Essential Bio Labs are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older and are responsible for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of these materials by qualified personnel, and for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law.
