No. Every compound supplied by Essential Bio Labs is sold strictly as a research chemical for in vitro laboratory research. Our products are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, they are not approved for human or veterinary consumption, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Purchases are limited to qualified buyers aged 21 or older who agree to research-only use.
How is purity verified?
Each lot is submitted to an independent analytical laboratory for reverse-phase HPLC purity assessment and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation. The resulting certificate of analysis is tied to the lot number printed on your vial and is delivered with your order.
How should material be stored and handled?
Lyophilized peptides are shipped cold and are generally stored at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture, in a controlled laboratory environment. Handling should follow your institution's standard operating procedures for research chemicals, including appropriate PPE and documented disposal.
Do you sell to individuals or only to institutions?
We supply universities, contract research organizations, private laboratories, and independent researchers. All buyers must be 21 or older and must attest that material will be used solely for laboratory research. We reserve the right to decline any order.
What are lead times and shipping options?
Stocked catalog lots typically release within one business day of order verification. Custom synthesis timelines are quoted per project. All domestic shipments move in insulated, tracked cold-chain packaging.
What is your policy on returns?
Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, unopened vials may be reviewed for return within a limited window when cold-chain integrity can be demonstrated. Any lot that fails to match its certificate of analysis is replaced or refunded in full.
